So, what does "Neutralizes UV radiation" mean? Beyond that, what does "Allows for increased sun exposure (30x more than normal)" mean exactly? Does the latter mean that if one uses this product, one will be subjected to greater (unprotected) exposure than if one actually were protected by a sunscreen? Is their latter statement a veiled, cynical admission that their product has no effect at all?
