since they and their disease factory kiddies endanger other people around them.

The others seem fairly benign, even the homeopathy in India, since it's an incredibly poor country in which magic water would be the only option for most people, along with pilgrimage, prayer, and their own Ayurvedic system. That's the reality of extreme poverty: if the placebo effect can give you a lift, great, but you're not going to survive anything potentially fatal because you simply can't afford to.

These fads are not likely to actually harm you, unless they delay you in seeking appropriate treatment for a serious medical condition; and they will not make you a danger to others, whereas anti-vaccination could turn you and your family into modern-day Typhoid Marys.

The idea that sitting in a draft is terribly dangerous has been with us for a long time (and may have had slightly more validity in the days before central heating).

Have you ever had one of those days when your legs simply do not wish to carry your ass to work? Well, so has the entirety of France. They've even coined a special term for the condition: heavy legs syndrome.

I get that too when I finish a bottle of French wine. Coincidence?
