Any delay would come from Congress. What benefit would it be to the current Congress to impose such a delay?

(1,273 posts)I don't think a week or ten days is going to be enough time to get to the bottom of the alleged hacking. The votes are due in Congress when they count them on January 6th. Would we delay a month? Who is then president on Jan 21st?
Congress would have to change the dates and that's not going to happen.
