I didn't know this was all out there

Sunera Thobani talks a lot about intersectionality too. I couldn't fight a site of her collected works but the next best thing would be reference sites for works on intersectionality.

Any suggestions?

I've been trying to pull stuff together since we found out that F&D was happening. I usually just try to collect and bookmark things that I read and liked. It's all scattered around the web and decentralized as far as I can tell.

Intersectionality.org has an extensive bibliography: http://www.intersectionality.org/index.php?id=112 but to be honest, I like the non-academic writing, videos, etc. that people produce and publish themselves.

Hey, have you seen this poster yet? I would love to see this letterpressed, I might have to print it so I can hang it up, even if it is just ink-jet:

I have the world's hugest crush on her.

“If I were really asked to define myself, I wouldn’t start with race; I wouldn’t start with blackness; I wouldn’t start with gender; I wouldn’t start with feminism. I would start with stripping down to what fundamentally informs my life, which is that I’m a seeker on the path. I think of feminism, and I think of anti-racist struggles as part of it. But where I stand spiritually is, steadfastly, on a path about love.”

I'm thinking of printing your poster too.
