Today is the feast of the Epiphany.

"We three kings from Orient are; Bearing gifts we travel afar."

In his homily our priest inferred that the Magi visited the child Jesus two years after the birth of the child.
I don't know about that.

Surely, the Holy Family would not still be living in a stable two years after the birth of Christ, nor did the priest infer that they were.
After all, Joseph had a marketable skill - carpentry.

Does anyone out there have more insight into the timing of the coming of the Three Kings?
