The One Thing That Can Break Down Religious Barriers For Good

Hint: It has something to do with your neighbors.

"Is there hair under [your hijab]?"

"Are there black Buddhists?"

"[People suggested] I couldn't have a concept of right or wrong without a perception of God in my life."

These are just a few of the strange questions and comments about religion and spirituality that Americans hear from their fellow Americans.

Well worth the four minutes

So, is there a book that compiles all of the things religions and non-belief have in common? That would be a great reference book.

I'm sure academia has one but it would be good to have a popular version.

I'll have to see if the Sacred Texts Archive has anything similar.

and have found some interesting things to read. I'll post links later (rather tired at the moment.)

I did want to mention now that I had the idea of looking at meetup.com, and discovered there is one group locally that looks potentially good to try out (Houston Spiritual and Intellectual Meetup.) So, I am suggesting Meetup Groups as one means of accomplishing the goal of the video. I think most of us won't find that kind of diversity in our general neighborhoods, but will over the area of a city or county
