Gaetz isn’t going to have a hearing. Sure, we may see the ethics report but there aren’t any substantive next steps or ramifications for him. Worst case is that the report gets referred to DoJ…where it will get filed in an incinerator somewhere.
Let’s stop being surprised by the depth of his unchecked depravity. By January 2025, we’ll likely be yearning for the days when Gaetz at DoJ was the peak of outrageous decisions.
