It's been made to seem complicated. In reality, it just boils down to an unwillingness to share the land that was meant to be shared. If you want to know which side is unwilling to share - if you've not been paying attention for 75 years- just look at a map of the UN Partition Plan and compare it to the size of Israel today including the settlements and confiscated "state lands" and "security areas". You might need a magnifying glass to find the disjointed dots where the Palestinians are allowed to "live" if you can call it that.


What's so complicated?

Oh the OTHER Middle Eastern states? Wasn't there relatíve peace before Oct 7th which was caused by the unresolved Palestinian issue? Imagine the more enduring peace if Israel agreed to a viable Palestinian state. Which infuriatingly it has announced it will not do.

Like I said, it's been made complicated.

Sinwar's death makes not one iota of difference imo.
