I've heard it since he first oozed onto the scene in the 80's. What does it take for some people? I just can't understand.

But this is right now, and specifically about Puerto Rico, and Latin celebrities are pushing it into the spotlight, so they’re hearing about it. Pennsylvania has the third largest Puerto Rican population of any state (the largest is in Florida, I’m surprised people aren’t talking about that as much). Timing is everything with this stuff.
