Girard442's JournalI have a bad feeling about why the press is dumping on Biden and not on Trump.
Like it or not, there is a significant chance Trump will be in the Oval Office in 2025. If he is, he'll take revenge on anyone he saw as being against him during campaign 2024. If Biden, on the other hand gets in, he probably won't do that.
The press is hedging their bets. Logical, but chickenshit.
Pretty obvious why the media is piling on Joe Biden.
The Supreme Court has pretty plainly telegraphed that they're going to install TSF in the presidency and the press is falling all over themselves to get on TSF's good side so they don't get their legs broken (metaphorically...maybe).
Biden's (and our) only choice may be defeating the Nazis or surrendering to them.
Preserving democracy may have gone right out of our reach.
Isn't it obvious SCOTUS is certain that Trump will be in the White House in 2025?
Notice I didn't say win.
We might have gotten ahead of this if Jack Smith had been appointed AG on day one.
Instead we got Garland pretending to play eleventy-dimensional chess while just playing with his dingus.
Looks like Biden is doing rope-a-dope. This might be OK.
My current prediction for the debate: TSF throws a tantrum and stalks off.
Here's my thinking:
* If he was going to bail on the debates entirely, he probably would have done it by now.
* Tantrum-throwing is absolutely on-brand with him.
* Total applause-getter for the MAGATs.
* He could probably pull off a 30-second rant without saying something incompetent.
* Hard to see how he could possibly get a better outcome by going the distance.
