Yet when the southeast gets hit year after year by hurricanes, with catastrophic damage and flooding, we just give them money, with no complaints, to repair and re-build so that we can do the same all over again the next year.

Driving through my small Iowa town over to a friend's house this evening,
I saw lots of Harris/Walz signs and no Trump signs. It could have just been the neighborhood, but I've got my hopes up for Iowa!
Also, there was a Harris/Walz commercial during the Iowa/Minnesota game yesterday....
I'm really appreciating that Kamala is pictured on the home page,
not just TSF !
Someone pointed out in a thread yesterday that we should stop with all the Trump talk and feature Kamala more. Maybe it was in response to that suggestion, but seeing her picture along the side and all the videos on the homepage was a welcome relief today.

these sideshows being foisted on us.
