It all depends on how voters in those states feel and how robust his campaigning is.

We talk alot about Trump's health issues here on DU. But what we see isn't always what we get.
He also is very prone to gaffes...like not reciting the Apostle's Creed. (Bull in the china shop stuff)
He also picked horrible staff and then fires them. This is stuff the general public notices.

I haven't been following his recent rallies. (TX, MO, GA etc)
If he needs to show up in a golf cart etc, then it will hurt his re-election chances.

I also think people voted for Trump cuz they wanted "something different". Voters can be fickle.
