Prenups favor the wealthy party to make sure the un-wealthy party doesn't get fifty percent for hanging around just a bit. It's more about the bankruptcy, which will cut her out along with all Donnie's other creditors. She will want to cash in as soon as possible because she's probably well aware that his net worth is underwater once the loans are called in and there will be nothing left to get.
