10. Nice man but a complete failure

Being nice against Trump does not work. Scared of Trump for 2 years. Liz Cheney had to get him moving. Rachel Maddow rant made him make the first move. He thought he had all time in the world to convict Trump since he cannot run or win. He used special counsel to delay decisions. His legacy? Hunter Biden conviction, Menendez conviction, no action on Trump. Remember Trump's felony conviction was brought by NY, not Garland.
