Thank you, we all need to pay attention, exercise is just one part though, you cannot exercise off bad eating habits ... another story.
A few videos I found in 2020 after Covid stopped things. I had started a healthy hearts program in late 2019 before that was cut short, needed to improvise.
Sometimes I need to remind/talk to myself to get going. Google some of the silver sneakers free videos online and find/bookmark those that work for you. Use what you have at home.
A couple of my favorites, I spent some time watching videos and bookmarking those I liked ... have 20 plus bookmarked and it is late so this is a start.
