21. Responders can be trained to deescalate situations.

This has been shown to be very effective. It's not a matter of "send the social worker in unprotected." It's a matter of training police and social workers and other first responders to control the situation and calm everybody down.

It's very effective. Unfortunately, it's part of the "woke" approach (ie, evidence and science based, common sense) that Trumpsters just voted out of power.

We're going to see a lot more of this "kill them all kill kill kill!" approach.
