Her wardrobe is tacky but somehow she manages to put it on, which seems to be about the most advanced activity she can handle. Marge, here's the thing: Clouds are masses of condensed water vapor suspended in the air. You can't seed a cloud, which (sometimes) causes rain to fall, unless there's a cloud to seed. When you have 100-mph Santa Ana winds coming off the deserts (which are hot, dry places with no water), there are no masses of condensed water vapor, i.e., clouds. None. Zero. Marge, please go back to the gym and work on your bad body some more and shut up about cloud seeding. And everything else.
