it's not an actual threat or an issuance of an order.
If J6 conspirators to install a hangman's gallows on the Capitol grounds, with direct intent to hang Pence, and not face serious consequences, well I don't see how this unremarkable and harmless text print on a baseball hat or a tee shirt rises to the occasion of a visit from his soon to be department of goons.
