He had no intention of standing outdoors because
1. Crowd size will be far smaller and there will be fact checking photos
2. We know he won’t go to a cemetery with our fallen soldiers if it threatens to rain on his hair. Certainly rain, snow, and wind won’t be tolerated.
3. None of the money will be returned which will make him gleeful since he can’t stand the stupid drooling cultists and would be embarrassed by an army of sloppy fat proud boys filling up the spots in front of the podium.
It’s a win/win for him. And if they squawk, so what? It was time to dump them anyway, and now he has real billionaires to back his dicktater bullshit stories instead of nickle and dime tennis shoe and bible sales.
