13. I hope you find what you seek. I know safety/self-preservation is a big part of that as it is for all of us.

From a mental health perspective, I hope you likewise have trusted like-minded individuals offline to support you. For many of us, we don't really have that, and trusting new people who come into our lives to allow for frank discussion is as unwise and risky as it would have been in the 1930s in Germany. That comment no longer feels as hyperbolic as it once did. No longer is it "trust but verify," but rather totally "verify" and then consider "trusting..."

Take care of yourself.
