They believe that men and women are created by God to have two different roles in life. Women are subservient to men. Brown people (descendants of Cain, damned for eternity) are subservient to white people (the God-pleasing descendants of Adam).

It's why they're so opposed to gay and transgender people. It messes up their power structure fantasy.

And of course it's not based on science. These people think the earth was created in seven days and people rode dinosaurs.
