2. No impeachment. He has immunity for virtually anything he wants to do.

Of course he cannot murder someone, but short of that he can call everything he does a presidential action and thumb his nose at everyone. And who is there to say that an illegal action is not legitimate? The media won’t, the DOJ won’t, Congress won’t.
