No. The whole goal is making blue states suffer not red. I will be very surprised when and if red states suffer same.

AZ v US severely limits the local/state governments range of action here. They can file lawsuits. That's about it. nt

They forced a U.S. Citizen Army veteran to ID without RAS. They held them prisoner. There was no warrant.

I cannot find a case where an ICE agent was stripped of QU for a detention of limited duration. I did find one where

We will see what the courts rule. I am not optimistic for a stripping of QI but I could well be surprised! nt

That's not correct. Warrants require probable cause, which is a much higher bar than RAS
