IMHO, what people are posting is the possibility. Trump is a lot of evil things and really is mentally ill in a very negative way. Trump has surrounded himself and composed a Cabinet of evil people. Trump is purging the government of competent, law-abiding morally decent people.
The only book that Trump appeared to have read or is reading is ‘Mein Kampf’ and reasonable people might argue that he following the playbook of the author.
A post below by a person from Mississippi stated that they are building barracks in that state to house ‘who’? And that some southern people would gladly populate the guard populations with people that would make the Nazi concentration guards look like amateurs. Not having had the pleasure of being from Mississippi (or the Deep South) I have to take his/her word for it. From my own experiences of knowing people from that region, I don’t doubt the validity of what they have said about the mind-set of people from there.
In Data processing - when developing a system, we did what we called a ‘proof of concept’ to prove what we planned would work on a large scale development. I have no doubt that the Millers, etc., of this administration would like a test case to prove to themselves that the MAGA hoard would not only intern but eliminate people when given the word (and sadly I say, opportunity).
Trump when he talks about illegal immigrants and getting rid of them, he always at some point adds ‘and others’. So, do I believe that a man that is mentally ill, surrounds himself with others that hate others and is removing all decent/law-abiding people from government. At the same time promoting yes-people at all levels of the Federal Government combined with some of the same type of people at the State level, with a ‘new laws creating’ SCOTUS try to repeat the horrors of the Holocaust? Yes, the MAGA have shown that they are immune from Truth, Decency and Morality, all in the name of (take your pick).
So, when Trump and party seeking new lows finds the right buttons to push to entertain his base, the GOP, SCOTUS and MAGA will be all in, IMHO.
