What is happening today and what has happened in the past 16 years is a direct result of the election of Obama. A large portion of white Americans in this country, lost their minds when he was elected to the White House. They see it as an institution that has been stained because of that election.
It no longer has a value because it was occupied by a black man. How dare the American people elect someone especially a negro to be President of the US? This was evident with the rise and election of Trump to office not once but twice. There was no way that white people would allow another black person to hold the office. Therefore, the election of a convicted felon, think about that, a man that has been convicted of 34 felonies is now the President of the US.
The man was responsible for the deaths of over 1 million people because he botched the management of the Covid Virus. It did not matter, because white supremacy is still what is ingrained in the minds of white people. They and they alone are superior to all the peoples of the world. How do you with a good conscience complain about people getting an equal opportunity to the same access of opportunity that you already have?
The reason DEI and Civil Rights laws are in place is because non-whites were not giving the same opportunities to compete with their white counterparts. If laws were not enacted in the 1960's think about where this country would be? Now white people are saying they don't want others to have the same opportunities as they do (MAGA). America was never great for non-whites especially Native America and African Americans in this country.
So white people voted to make this a reality again. It is amazing that when African Americans speak of reparations for the atrocities done to them and their ancestors, white people first response is that they had nothing to do with that, and advise African Americans to get over it. Yet now they are claiming that DEI and Civil Rights laws are hindering them from living a good life.
I will leave with this quote from President Lyndon Johnson: If you can convince the lowest white man he's better than the best colored man, he won't notice you're picking his pocket. Hell, give him somebody to look down on, and he'll empty his pockets for you.
― Lyndon B. Johnson
Why are white people so afraid? They own the majority of the guns in this country, they can got places and not be harassed because of the color of their skin. They can get access to loans for homes, cars, businesses etc. with little to know credit, bad credit scores, simply because they are white.
The only reason we are here today is because white people are looking at the wrong reason why their lives are messed up. The rich white man and politicians have convinced them that their number one enemy is the blacks, the Mexicans and other minorities that cross the southern border, while the rich continue to pick their pockets every single day, month and year, over and over and over, convincing them it's the others.
So yes, it is now okay to discriminate openly in America again in the workplace and any other place.
