30. I fear that overturning the damage in a heartbeat is overly optimistic

Yes, the executive orders themselves can be overturned. But that will not overturn all he has done. It won’t fix the damage quickly.

The loss of employees with years of knowledge and experience.

The loss of trust on the international stage.

The business relationships that countries like Canada and Mexico are going to back out of in search of more stability.

The loss and exfiltration of sensitive data by Musk and his people.

All of those are going to take years and years to fix even after Trump is gone. It will get fixed. But it will be long and painful.

I do agree that he will fail. But he isn’t the biggest problem we face. The people that take advantage of him to manipulate our country (Project 2025 for example) are the threat. He is just the enabling force. Or the useful idiot.
