12. From what I'm reading, most say he can be removed if he's charged with a crime.

The DOJ just dropped those charges, so could he still be removed with no crime now charged? On the other hand, a few places say he could be removed regardless of whether he's charged or not. I can't find a definitive answer. Does anyone have link that explicitly says removal is a possibility now?
