Thanks to DU'r ehrnst for starting that thread. I have been alerted by friends in Stafford that there are shenanigans going on and while I posted there, I wanted to bring it to GD for more eyes to see.

There is a SERIOUS PROBLEM RIGHT NOW:
Per a friend in the city:
Stafford County Registrar Greg Riddlemoser has thrown out over 1000 absentee ballots on a technicality. He has also refused to release the names of provisional voters in defiance of the State Board of Elections order.
Washington Post has been contacted as has NBC4.
I personally reached out to Dave Wasserman at the Cook Political Report and Benjamin Tribbet -- both of whom were intrumental in making sure Herring's recount was done properly a few years ago.
If anyone knows of a lawyer, let's get a judge to clear this up!
