After you clearly hear on the live mic the Secret Service telling him the shooter has been neutralized and Trump knows he is now safe, Trump then starts pumping his fist up in the air and yelling "Fight, fight, fight!"

It took him a minute to get ready for the fist pump photo op, since he fell out of his lifts when he dropped to the ground. He had to repeatedly yell at the Secret Service, "Let me get my shoes! Let me get my shoes!" as they were picking him up and trying to carry him off, because God forbid someone should find his shoes and see that lifts were in the heels (and the reason they popped off so easily). He didn't even stop to look who in the wall of people behind him got hit with the bullet that grazed his ear.
