He has zero ethics.

What would be the point of an habitual liar signing an ethics agreement ???

Corruption, lying, stealing, conning and pretending to be religious got him to the top of the pyramid.

The 'republican' party attached itself like a blood sucking tic and joined the feast.

They are the party with zero ethics.
