(9,588 posts)56. They charged out of the gate in 2017 going after the ACA with a House bill
that included gutting Medicaid by ~ 750 billion they planned to use to pay for their promised tax cuts for the rich,, then went over to the White House Rose Garden to celebrate with Trump. When they finally didnt get it passed through both chambers of Congress their billionaire financiers demanded their tax breaks anyway, which they immediately voted for and just tacked on to the debt.
Theyll do the same thing again.
