Day before yesterday I 'splurged' and bought 4 Cara Cara oranges. At $1.99/lb it cost me a little over $4 for them. They do run a little more than the regular navels, but those will probably be the last Cara Caras I buy for the foreseeable future! I'm guessing that all oranges will be more than these specialty ones before too long.
(I'm in SoCal)
