Used to see hummingbirds all the time, when you can actually see them that is. Those little buggers are FAST! I miss Louisiana, Cajun food is the best. I gained 30 pounds in the year and a half I was there, lol. Too much Jambalaya (and Pastalaya for that matter). Not to mention fried oyster poboys... Damn, now I'm hungry!
