current Presbyterian church. Those others would be the United Methodist, Church of the Nazarene, Bible Fellowship, and Bible Presbyterian. I don't remember seeing it in the Catholic or Lutheran churches I've attended. According to Wikipedia, it's an ecumenical flag which became popular around 1942.

Here's what I found as the UMCs rules for displaying the Christian flag along with the American flag in churches.
