More prayer in Louisiana schools? State Senate backs proposal to allow it

...takes yet another step to stay that way.

Since the American Civil War, the Southern States have consistently voted for the candidate who is most backward, racist, bigoted and least likely to support working class people improving their own standard of living.

For almost a hundred years they would not support the "Party of Lincoln". Then, they left the Democratic Party because of Civil Rights legislation being passed by the Democrats.

You would think they would wake up and decide improving their, and their neighbor's, standards of living would matter. But no, evangelicalism, racism, and bigotry have to come first for them.
