3. Head Start is a great program!

My little grand-daughter got to go Head Start here in WV. Since she was too young ( by a month) to go to Kindergarten, she went to Pre-School which was a waste. She could have gone directly to Kindergarten Poor kid has been going to school for 5 years and is only in second grade!
