I don't know much about Cowan, beyond what's been in the papers, but his words were apt, and it sounds like he's going to do a good job as interim senator.

Ayanna Pressley's words were perfect , words spoken by someone who knows Sen. Kerry and really gets who Sen. Kerry is.. She is a total class act. Nice to think that Sen. Kerry has been a role model and supporter for her , but also nice to reflect that she undoubtedly came to her own fine character all by herself and that Sen. Kerry allowed her character to grow and to flourish. A pleasure to watch her career grow. I think she has a really bright political future.
