10. I made a lentil soup the other day that was outstanding

Carrots, onions garlic, turmeric, coriander, black pepper and cumin
sauteed in olive oil.

Add 2 large boxes of chicken broth and 2 cups of red lentils. Cook until lentils are done and then add 2 cups of fresh baby spinach.

Squeeze two lemons and pour in the juice.
