"According to a press release from Sheriff Thomas Dougherty, Dale Bettis, 45, of Mount Morris, was arrested for four felony counts of Criminal Purchase or Disposal of a Weapon and Cathy Allison, 48, of Livonia, was arrested for Unlawful Private Sale of a Firearm, Shotgun, or Rifle."
