18. Hey Rick--My brother has a court hearing on Monday

to lift a bogus Order of Protection his Ex filed. She has a long history of lies and false charges against him and others. I am worried for him. She is trying to take his house by force of the courts. They have been divorced for over 6 years. I am only worried because our court system is not a justice system. She has a 2 yo (who does not belong to my brother), no job or job history so no means of support and I'm afraid the court will use that as a pretext to force my brother to lose control of his property. His kids (teenagers) are staying w/my sister as they are not safe there either (she calls the police on them w/false charges too). She is claiming they are still married etc. She has been staying there since June (yes, he is an idiot). He plans to initiate eviction proceedings right after court so will still be unable to live in his home with his kids safely until the 30 days pass.

My brother's dob is 8 May 1968.
