1. When puberty blocking drugs are stopped, puberty resumes

The drugs are 100% reversible. That's really the bottom line.

They're not going to know the whole story until longitudinal studies are done on the tiny number of children who are trans, starting in the school age years and continuing into their 30s. That is how long it will take.

In the meantime, the decision should be among the parents, the psychologist, and the pediatrician. It is no one esles's business and they can point their long blue noses elsewhere for a while.
