Obama won't allow her to be prosecuted. Not that that will do her any good. Half the country already believes she is a liar and suspects that she is a criminal as well. If she survives to be the nominee, her opponent in the general election won't let this thing drop. She won't fare well against most republicans. If the whole emailgate is handled as clumsily as I suspect it will be, even Trump will be competitive against her.

And Obama will get a lot of the blame. He'll stick his neck out for somebody who dislikes him and wind up trashing his "legacy".
