1) A FULL TIME head of the DNC - nobody splitting time between Congress and heading the DNC. You'd think the failure of Tim Kaine at the head of the DNC would have told them that - but, then we get DWS afterwards.
2) The DNC Head needs to be somebody experienced at running a grassroots type of campaign.
3) We need the return of the 50 State Strategy which was killed by Rahm Emmanuel and his allies in the Senate and House.
