They're anonymous, unsigned, and we already have a publicly reported vote count total. So what's the problem?

The only reason to NOT allow the hand recount or access to those ballots is because the jangly braceleted Walker/dRumpfite in charge knows that access will show the repugs stole the election.

Period.
