It will be defacto two-tier justice because he is special having been prez or because his magas feel entitled to behave like two-year old toddlers with gunz.

I think the sentence will not take into account him having been prez but will be very reasonable that way. However, the exact details of implementation (stays for appeals, details of accomodations, etc.) will depend practically and pragmatically on the results of the election, which will have about three weeks to resolve before actual sentencing (Nov 26 if memory serves)
