Trump may not be TFG anymore,

but he will always be The Sick Fuck. I will type 'TSF'. In truth he is TSSF, The Sick Stupid Fuck, but that's a bit obscure

EDIT: TCF - The Convicted Felon - is better. Thanks @lark !

Malibu: No more 'Billionaire Beaches.'

If the city of Malibu can't rezone land west of the Pacific Coast Highway to preclude the rebuilding of ocean front monstrosities, then at least acquire a property or two on each beach to give the public more easy access to public land.

There are no Billionaire Beaches, only public beaches.

Carbon Beach.

Who will Trump/Miller deport?

I'm guessing all undocumented immigrants convicted of a felony or misdemeanor and all who arrived during Biden's term (estimated 6+ million - deportations so far). That will put a cap on the numbers.

This would allow them to pitch it as cleaning up Biden's mess, while providing some relief to those who have been here longer.

What about those who arrived in the first term, 2017 - 2020? All in good time my little pretty, all in good time.

If I see yellow CAPS and an arrow on a video

I don't watch it. More often than not Miedas Touch functions as a disinformation network these days, at least so far as its titles go. The carpet does not match the drapes.

Trump - "Your head will spin when you see what's going to happen" October 2024

"Your head will spin when you see what's going to happen," Trump said in October about the scope of action planned on his first day.

The monsters of history said what they were going to do. People discounted it as crazy extreme.

Throughout his campaign, Trump made 41 promises for day one action, said The Washington Post, including that he'd declare a national emergency to begin the process of his promised mass deportations, revoke job security from roughly 50,000 federal employees, roll back protections for transgender students in schools and withdraw from the Paris Climate Accords. He also pledged to re-impose the ban on entry into the United States from a number of Muslim-majority countries plus North Korea and Venezuela, revoke birthright citizenship, fire special counsel Jack Smith, rescind Biden administration policies on energy and drilling and pardon Jan. 6 insurrection participants. "Your head will spin when you see what's going to happen," Trump said in October about the scope of action planned on his first day.

Judge Aileen Mercedes Cannon is a disgrace.

Cannon has never let The Law get in the way of her decisions to benefit The Sick Fuck.

United States v Nixon was not binding, she said, on her Court.

One very surprising thing is how Cannon deals with the Supreme Court precedent in United States v. Nixon. There’s a sentence in that 9-0 opinion which resolves this issue [of Special Counsels] entirely.

Cannon does something I think I’ve never seen a district judge do before, which is that she looks into the history of the Nixon case, decides the issue wasn’t particularly briefed, and as a result determines that a sentence in a Supreme Court opinion that was decided 9-0 was, in fact, “dicta,” which means that it is not binding in subsequent cases as legal precedent. And as a result, she as a district judge was entitled to disregard it. I’ve never seen a district court conclude that a portion of a Supreme Court opinion is not binding; that was a first for me.

Musk: "DEI means people DIE"

As Los Angeles burns, Elon Musk stokes partisan outrage

The destruction could have been mitigated if more White men had been retained.

As flames have engulfed large swaths of Los Angeles, Elon Musk has been inundating his 212 million followers with posts casting blame for the blazes on Democrats and diversity policies, amplifying narratives that have taken hold among far-right activists and Republican leaders, including President-elect Donald Trump.

Musk has posted or replied to more than 80 posts about the fire, many of which pinned the devastation on liberal policies, in some cases based on false claims or racist ideas, according to a Washington Post analysis.

He downplayed the role of climate change, placing blame on individual female firefighters of color and lesbian firefighters, including posting their names and faces. He boosted an hour-long propaganda video by right-wing conspiracy theorist Alex Jones that claimed the fires were “part of a larger globalist plot” to cause the collapse of the United States; Musk replied simply, “True.” And he repeatedly amplified claims that the Los Angeles Fire Department’s investments in diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) programs cost lives by wasting money that could have been spent on disaster response, suggesting that the destruction could have been mitigated if more White men had been retained.

“DEI means people DIE,” Musk said on X. The Los Angeles Fire Department did not respond to a request for comment.

Elon Musk is (clinically) nuts.

Musk biographer describes his wild mood swings and ‘demon mode’

(IMHO, Musk has been on a Bipolar bender a lot of the time)

Musk’s occasional girlfriend — Claire Boucher, a musician known by her professional name Grimes — described the moments when Musk grows increasingly angry as his “demon mode,” Isaacson said.

“He has many personalities, and sometimes you’re around a really, you know, half-joking guy or a guy playing, you know, engineering mode, in which he’s really good. But there’s times he goes into what Claire Boucher, his occasional girlfriend known as Grimes, calls, “demon mode,” and that’s when he gets dark,” Isaacson said.

Isaacson noted that Musk has not been officially diagnosed but sometimes “talks about bipolar” to describe his symptoms. He also had been on a wide range of prescription medications, Isaacson said.

“He hasn’t been officially diagnosed, he says, but he talks about bipolar. He takes a lot of prescription medicines at times. He can be variable in his moods, and sometimes has a Jekyll and Hyde quality, where he will go into a dark, depressed mood and say some things, sometimes things that his father said to him, and then a few hours later, you ask him about it. And it’s like he almost has no memory.”

https://thehill.com/policy/technology/4198666-musk-biographer-describes-his-wild-mood-swings-and-demon-mode/

Isaacson got to witness a Bipolar cycle first hand. But wait there's more: Jekyll and Hyde? Can't remember his dark depressed self a few hours later?

Musk has symptoms consistent with Dissociative identity disorder [DSM-5 300.14] previously known as multiple personality disorder, a mental health condition where a person experiences two or more distinct identities or personality states. It is often associated with severe childhood trauma and is characterized by memory gaps between these different identities.

"Wild mood swings, ‘demon mode'? What a shame he is not available to be Secretary of Defense. He wouldn't even remember a starting a war.

'Crews get a handle on the Sunset fire in the Hollywood Hills'

The Sunset fire began burning in the Hollywood Hills between Runyon Canyon and Wattles Park on Wednesday evening, Jan. 8. By around 10:45 p.m., aerial firefighting tactics and aggressive firefighting on the ground allowed firefighters to get a handle on the fire, according to CBS Los Angeles.

The majority of an evacuation order was lifted just before midnight, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.

The exception was the area north of Franklin Avenue from Camino Palmero Street (East border) to North Sierra Bonita Avenue (West border).

“This area remains closed until Thursday morning due to continued LAFD operations ensuring no flare ups in the vegetation surrounding these streets. Residents are asked to be cautious when returning to their homes because firefighters are continuing to work in their neighborhoods,” LAFD said on its website.
