I freely admit that I'm totally ignorant of the laws that govern things like this BUT

in the event that Mueller's Investigation is defunded, is there any restriction on crowdfunding finances to make certain that the investigation continues? IOW, are there ANY CONSTITUTIONAL LAWYERS in the house? TAKE YOUR TIME, because I'LL definitely wait...

For instance, they can call Mueller to report to them and if defunding happens, both cheato and his minion are guilty beyond a doubt of obstruction... that's what I just heard on Last Word.

...if Whitaker cuts off Mueller’s budget, they would have to stop work. To rely on crowdfunding instead of government salary would mean his staff was “volunteering” their time…which is strictly forbidden under union-negotiated government contracts.
