Gun control and womens rights come to mind immediately. Republicans only interest in those is to do away with em.

He won't need to vote against them- with the filibuster in place, they will never get a floor vote.

in fact, Biden promised to pass one in his first 100 days. That doesn't look like its going to happen.

It keeps them from ever having to have to vote on issues.
They don't have a record of opposition or support for anything controversial. They can be simultaneously for and against it, because there is no record.

Nobody ever pressures him to put up his bipartisan Republicans, so pretty much maybe keep funding the government? I'd love to know what kinds of judges dude would vote for.
