It isn't only McCarthy and he is only the willing face of much of it, the handsome white male and now gray with specialWisdom, important man, legitimizing lies for Republican voters who do realize the turnip former, is trashy a trashy, immoral, con-man who engaged in treason.

2. Certainly not just McCarthy...

Totally agree that it is not just McCarthy who is responsible for the deceit and the attack on democracy... but he and McConnell are now the two most senior Republican elected officials, and McCarthy now appears to be even more deceitful than McConnell, the Grand Master of hypocrisy.
