My best pal (wife of 40 yrs) made me Belgian Waffles with strawberries for breakfast. Did the NYT puzzles. Spoke to my 2 girls. Thought of my dad, instrumental in my gardening obsession. was on Mike Nowak's show out if Chicago. A fine morning (as I watch Claudette's rain fall)

From bringing them home from the hospital to watching them graduate Basic Training or College...

To watching them find their own way in life, starting families and welcoming their own kids...
